Franz Martz & Söhne Private Treuhand GmbH has sold its majority stake to Cinerius Financial Partners. We advised the shareholders as exclusive financial advisor. The Saarbrücken firm manages more than €500 million in assets and has its roots in the family office business. Through the partnership, the company gains access to the resources and expertise of the Cinerius Group. Personal advice and long-standing client relationships remain in place. As part of the transaction, the current owners become shareholders in Cinerius. Closing is subject to regulatory approvals and is planned for the first half of 2027.
